Products shown on our site are not sold by Surfing-Waves.com. All web pages shown in the shop section are simply product description web pages and as such should be used as a general guide only. What's with the Price Comparison
Due to the availability of identical products from different stores we are able to offer a price comparison. This makes it easy for a shopper to find the best price for a product that is available from a number of top Surf Shops. Price comparisons are shown on the individual product pages.

Shipping and Returns
Items are shipped from a number of different surf shops based in both the UK and US. Each store has different shipping and returns policy. Once you have decided on an item please click the BUY link from the individual product page. The Shipping and Returns policy for that Store/Product are then available for viewing.

What About International Orders?
Some of the products in the store are available for International Shipping. This depends on the individual product / store. In general, items marked as available in the UK are shipped from stores in the UK and are available for shipping throughout Europe. Some but not all of the items marked as available in the US are available for International Customers.
Once you have decided on an item please click the BUY link from the individual product page. The Shipping policy for that Product will then available for viewing.

How do I Write a Product Review?
You need to be a registered member and be logged in to write a product review. Product reviews aid other site viewers in making an informed decision about products. Writing reviews will also increase your SW Member Rating.

What are the Product Ratings?
Product ratings are a rating out of 5 based on user submissions. The more popular the item the higher the rating. Users are allowed to vote once on each item.

How Come a Price of a Product Is Incorrect?
The product information for the items in the store is received by third parties. Once an update from a third party is received it is then used to update the Surfing Waves Store. There is a small delay between a change in a product on a third party and this change being reflected on the Surfing Waves Store. This is unfortunate and cannot be helped. The correct price, product details and availability of an item will be available once the BUY link has been clicked and the third party product page is displayed.
Every effort is made to ensure the product details are kept up to date and correct.
