How do I Create an Account?
Creating an account is easy and only takes a minute. This can be done by clicking the Register on any page on the site. The register page requires you to select a username and enter your email address. A valid email address is required because an activation email is sent to that address on registering. The activation email contains a link which needs to be clicked to activate your account.

Help, I have registered but Cannot Log In
There are a number of things that could be the problem if you cannot log in.
- Make sure you have created an account - see above
- Ensure that you have activated your account by clicking the email link sent to the email address you registered with.
- Make sure the (case sensitive) Username and Password details you are using to log in with are correct.
If you still have problems contact the site administration with your Username and Email details.

I did not receive the Activation Email
You may not have received an Activation Email upon registration for several reasons. You may have entered an incorrect / invalid email address when you registered. The Activation Email may have been sent to your Junk Email box or rejected completely. To avoid this you need to add surfing-waves.com to your email whitelist.
If do not receive the Email having ensured your address is correct and you have surfing-waves.com on the whitelist please contact us and include your Username and Email address.

I have forgotten my Login Details
If you still have your Activation Email then check there for your login and password details. If you have forgotten your password you can request it from the Login & Register pages. Your password will be sent out to you via email.

I'm registered on the Forum - Is this Full Site Registration?
Yes, you now have a global account. You will be able to log in anywhere on the site and have full access to all the member areas with this one account.
