Sick Break called long reef. Situated on the same beach stertch as Dee Why. umps some amazing waves at any size. Highly recommended. Many secret breaks around the headland. Local 'Roy Boys'as they call themselves, are some very talented boogers, well worth a watch, especiallly the kid with an afro lefts and right. a sick beach. struggles to hold a big swell in most cases
