Surfing Workout

I go tie boxing 2 times a week and that gives me a very good work out for surfing, explosive moves, lots of press ups, dips, sit ups and squots, punching and it is very good for you stanima

works very well for me

The only workout I can imagine helping in the gym are shoulder free weight workouts and chest workouts.

other than that.. swimming and surfing will help you lol.

I find back extensions are useful to be able to surf for any extended length of time. I have a swiss ball.

Also practice popping up on dry land. It uses alot of the important muscles...
