Australia- The Ultimate

Postby OfFsHore » Tue Sep 07, 2004 8:58 am

Who agrees that Australia is the ultimate. There are just so many spots that match up to anything in the world. West Coast gets huge and clean along with awsome spots in the east. There also isnt really any crowds if you find ur own spot.

I believe Australia is way gorgeous but I'm totally happy with surfing up here in the cold, i think after living in a tree state with cold weather and rain all my life i'd get sick of the sun and stuff.

:D well the west coast is fine except watch out for the sharks! Ilike SouthEast( wollongong, bells, torque, manly, cronulla) looking for some tips on surfboards like which one is better gun or a thruster?

You'll all be pleased to hear it's pishing down + windy in Sydney today though...but at least it's Friday .....and the water's a bit chilly, but maybe the surf will improve for the w/e. Roll on the summer.

Yep, Australia fo' sho'. although i am still learning to surf, i bodyboarded for many years, bringing my esky lid to my various destinations. Favourite spots have to be Freshwater (when its not crowded), south curl curl and Palm beach!
