Coral repair

Postby Beachbum » Tue Feb 27, 2007 12:57 am

I had an awesome session and I think I got barreled before getting knocked off my board. Anyway I noticed that I recieved a ding on the tail of my board with coral or rock in it and I was wondering how should I fix this ding? How long should I let it out to dry and should I try to get every little piece of coral out of it?

How long to dry = how much water got in. a little in isnt to much of a problem, neither is a little bit of coral.

Just use a knife or whatever to clean the ding up then make sure you seal it once its dry(ish).

I got most it out with my razer blade and now should I just mix a batch of resin and Q-cell to fill it the hole up?
