Sorry I took a while to reply... The surf's been ok... last weekend was small but good quality in the morning. In the afternoon it's been very blown out. Over xmas the surf will be pretty poor because of the wind. I'm still gonna hit green hills in the morning on boxing day, but I'm not getting my hopes up just yet.

I live 3-4 hrs from beach. Since I'm fairly new, I've only surfed Indian River Deleware so far but this next year (probably starting in May) I'll be surfing Assateague and OCMD and Indian River, Del. According to my brother-in-law who has been surfing (and making his own boards) for many years...the break at Indian River usually is the best of the 3 areas but variety is good.

Here are some Indian River shots (all cut & pasted from MagicSeaweed)

Some of you post some photos of the break in Ocean City..here is one more I found from Ocean City

I'm partial to San Clemente Pier - north side.

(anybody eaten at Fisherman's Restaurant? Best seafood in the world!)

(okay, this was taken on the south side of the pier)

I Surf the Gulf Coast of Florida, so it is pretty much flat all the time. We do get the occasional good Swell though.
During Huricane Wilma...great South Swell.

Yup, and that's all there is. There is no break further out.

These are pics from the south side of the inlet (Valentine's Day '07)
