Bought the fit to surf book which has some really good exercises in it so will be handing that to the gym instructor when i get my induction in a couple of weeks so he can draw up a program for me. Would like to swim a couple of mornings a week aswell, I reckon it would be good for 2 reasons:increase cardio vascular (sp) and get my carcass use to doing exercise in the morning as most of my surfing is dawnies.
Has any1 here had any experience using power bands to simulate paddeling when at home?thinking they could be the way forward?????????????
