To pop up you go into a pressup position with the indo board under your face,hands on either end of the board and the roller central(inline with your body/under your nose) then you just pop up, its not that difficult but your brain will tell your body that its not a clever thing to be doing so when you 1st try it you will always (sub conciously) be looking for a painless escape route but , switch that voice off peeps and your in buiness!

Can any 1 else pull off 180's?? I can do them about 1 in 30 times.
