Anyway, I just answered it and a voice asked me to confirm my name - which I did. The voice (a lady) said that your Barclaycard advisor wants to speak to you, errr ok then

I waited for 30 seconds or so and the phone sounded like it went dead - no 'on hold music' etc so I said a tentative 'hello' down the line and the voice said "oh your advisor is busy at the moment, whats the first line of your address" at which point I hung up.
Surely if my 'advisor' (whoever that is) wanted to speak to me they'd ring me directly, and would have left an anwserphone message on one of the previous missed calls??
This just doesnt seem to add up at all
