I had one briefly; didn't care for it, rocker was too flat for the length and volume I had it in. I tried the board in the conditions I imagined and bought it for; I had wanted a stepdown board that would do better in waves less than head high. What I found was that even though the board should have fitted me in terms of volume as compared to other boards that I had but what I found was that I lost waves off minor mistakes too easily, and when I rode it in better waves where I had more push the board was too flat and tail too wide so it felt a little out of control as compared to my favorites.
My guess is that I probably needed more volume for the wave size that I wanted to ride the board in. Anyway, I found what I was looking for in a CI rocket wide which I have had in different incarnations for a few years now; took a lesson from the v3 and took a few more liters and that board works for me. I like the rocker and rails better as well and the board holds in bigger surf making it more versatalle meaning I ride it more. One downside is that the fishy tips of the tail are constantly getting chips and dings but that's on me and pretty normal for swallow tails. Rocket wide seems to fit better in waves here and is just more user friendly with bigger margins in most areas over the Lost; just clicked with it and was the opposite for the V3. After having one I get the reason they are popular; on my third one now.
