Hi, I'm from the UK, pretty landlocked at the moment, local break is the Wave and have found it very useful keeping the rust away for when I can get to the beach. I'm north of fifty own a longboard which I like to ride when the waves are less than shoulder high but want to be able to ride something shorter. Plus don't want to use it at the Wave as there is a lot of concrete. Still want to improve as at the moment I would say am I lower intermediate. Used to be able to surf back in the day (20 years ago) but have acquired a family and a few extra pounds since then. Like the vibe here and the friendly supportive advice. See you around.
