1990’s Velzy board question

So I have a mid to late 90’s Velzy board. I bought it new in 1998 I think, I’m burnouts if anyone has information on serial numbers. My board is #1119, which seems awfully low for such a recent board.

Any help would be appreciated.

To clarify my previous post, Velzy supposedly had information for each board shaped out of his shop. Hopefully one of you knows where or how to access my board information. I’m looking for who shaped it, glassing schedule and model specs.
