Any idea of shaper?

Been looking all over for any info on this shaper. It says richard for geno on top I believe. It also say p.e. model 82

Where did you acquire this board? I tried looking up the logo a variety of ways and unfortunately Mark Richards is such a well known surfer that the results are confounded by his name and it's not in Stanley's logo reference.

I bought it in n.c. but seller said he thought it had came out of Florida years ago . Before than is a mystery. Been in basement for awhile I believe. Board is constructed well .

Well I am no help for you. It could be one of many local shapers who have their own business making surfboards for people locally. I have boards shaped by Topper and have his logo on my board who is a local shaper that no one living elsewhere likely knows about
