Hawaii to Japan, by sea

I'm trying to get to Japan to see my sons this summer.

The twist is that the Japanese government isn't allowing travellers who've been in any of the territories/countries listed in the first section of https://www.mofa.go.jp/ca/fna/page4e_001053.html in the previous 14 days. This includes all the countries with direct flights to Japan.

Thus, I'm trying to explore taking 14 days to reach Japan by sea (cargo ship, fishing boat?) from somewhere like Hawaii, San Fran, Guam?

If anyone had suggestions - people to speak to, websites, Facebook groups, companies, etc. - I'd be grateful.
