where to surf in east Devon

Hi,
Can you tell me where to surf between Exmouth & Lyme regis please,
We are staying in our caravan just outside Seaton and the Grandson & sons have just starting surfing and we would like to know
which beach is best as we havent been to this part of devon for some time,
