Introducing myself & My Dissertation!

Hey Peeps... :D

Some of you may know me from the other UK surf forums, I've been looking over the forum here for a while since it was set up recently. Anyway I've decided to intoruce myself now because i've started the research into my comming university dissertation.

I'll be looking into sewage disposal in coastal areas about how it affects the surfing community and their surfing habits. (specifially focusing on Woolacombe and Cryode Bay.)

I've been a sponger for over 8 years now and captain of the Surf team here at Bangor University, so surfing is very important to me. I've personally had many experences of foul water and its effects on Britains so called "Clean" Beaches hence why i've chosen this as my dissertation topic.

Anyway, you'll see me around here a little more often over the next few weeks and hopefully at some point over the summer I'll have a questionaire finilised of which I would be very glad if you could all fill out for me :)

I'm sure you already have done, but getting in touch with the Surfers Against Sewage people would be a good idea. I'm sure they will help.

Anything else I can offer is a bit annecdotal, but if you want some of that to include, let me know

Aye that was one of my first stops on the research trail... I thyink i've rounded up most of my background information. I need to crack on with the actual study... (gets a bit phyclogical i think)
