Chile vs Portugal/Morocco vs other in November

Hey all,
Looking to check out Chile or Portugal in November. I am above an intermediate surfer. I have been to Portugal, Indo, North Shore, Costa Rica, Bocas, Australia ext. I am looking for best bet for offshore winds, with head high to over head surf that time of year. I will be with my partner who doesn't surf so having good access to beaches and easy areas to watch surf from is key. I was leaning towards Port with maybe a stop in Tagzhout. Unless anyone else has some ideas... hope to hear from others experience.

First question where are you based, flight costs might be useful if smaller leaving cash to share some of the culture beyond watching you surf.
