Started surfing in late 20s and never looked back

I live in SoCal and had my first lesson in Hawaii. Have been hooked ever since and have enjoyed introducing my friends and coworkers to surfing for the past 6-7 years. It's like my second home. I go there for 2-3 weeks every year just to surf. There are many other forum members here that lives and surf in SoCal. I visit one of them very regularly. Which break do you mostly surf at?

Just an unusual historical note that many people would have no awareness of.

Oh that's good to hear you get to enjoy SoCal's sunshine from time to time. I'll head typically head out to Santa Monica or Dana Point. I did try Malibu once but witnessed several arguments between people about 2-3 foot waves so I've never been back. Also enjoyed Bolsa Chica a few times.
