Caster Multi-tail

I have been scouring the net to find an example of a Caster Multi-tail surfboard. A good friend of mine had one in the seventies., I was a swallow tail that could be ridden like that but also had three smoked gray plastic inserts that could be attached to the tail with set screws to make it either a diamond tail, pintail or flat tail. Has anyone ever seen one. I have never another.
