Budget surf trip flying/driving from San Diego

Hello Everyone,

If I'm looking for a place to surf for the next few month's to really spend a lot of time improving my surfing that has
+ Cheap accommodation (Have tent so could camp)
+ Right-hand point break

Where should I go? (I'm currently in San Diego but looking to go south into somewhere like Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.
