Reading surfboard dimensions

In my ongoing effort to avoid the stuff I ought to be doing today . . . another post.

My longboard has five dimensions written on it, only three of which I understand:

9'0" x 22-1/2" x 18-1/2" x 15 x 3-1/8"

Length x width x ? x ? x thickness

Can anybody fill in the blanks for me?

Length. Board width at widest point, nose width 12" back from the nose, tail width 12" up from the tail, board thickness at thickest point.
