What a weird weak crumbly wave. Great music track
So what is worse.... dying or regretting it for the rest of my life? Obviously I chose not regretting it.

I think it's partially because it is in slow motion but no one seems to get any lateral movement from the drop. It looks like they all just drop down and cruise along. It could be at a higher speed I would think different but no one is doing any progressive maneuvers and that one guy takes off deeper all the time but never is able to get down the line so the other guy drops in on him. Some parts of the wave look steep and fun but no one is able to take off there apparently. I think the slow mo makes it look a lot less powerful.

Sea snakes I've seen twice....they are super shy and you would have to really corner one to be bitten....

Here is a random video of how it looks bigger....1:47 the video switches to Ulus....

The second one is California

Here is one near where I go which is good but ....it rarely breaks and often only in big surf. So usually it doesn't coincide with my trips. Also, it's a left

Bali east coast wave last march, I was surfing there that day. I remember being impressed by the fearless takeoffs of this Korean lady.

You have probably surfed it more than me despite it being 750m from my beach house!

Pipe is wonderful these days, crowds jostling and colliding on their boards. The regular crew dominating.
The Highway chockers with banked up cars, the regular crew arriving on push bike or out of the local backyards
Photographers jostling and colliding for "the shot" in the water the names shooters dominating.
The telephoto crew seizing the berm for the shot.
Next stage Drone pilot Photographers jostling and staging dogfights for the footage, Ace pilots getting the kills.
Nice wave though!

I wonder how many of the people on boards actually took off on a wave

And how many went back home and said 'yeah, was out at pipeline today, was pumping'
