Hey all,
New to the forum. Been surfing for 40+ years but due to old knees the last 2 years have been dry as a bone. I'm looking to glean any tips on surf fitness training for folks with bad knees. Thanks in advance for any tips. Just got back in the water and loving it. :woot:
