From The Great White North to the Gold Coast

G'day SWF!
I'm originally from the mainland in Canada, a place where the nearest ocean is a couple days drive away and can get as cold as -40 celsius! However, Lucky for me I met a Queenslander and we're moving to OZ in less than a week, eh!?

I'm still very much a beginner as i only did a few surf camps while overseas, but can surf unbroken waves. I'll be arriving on the Gold Coast in just a few days and I seriously cannot wait to get in the surf! My first purchase will be a board, then I'll worry about apartments later! Priorities right!? Lol
