New to surfing

Hello,

I am new to surfing. Just started about a year ago. I just bought myself a 6'4" fish. I am 5'5" and about 112lbs. I am having a hard time getting up on this board as I learned on a 9' Liquid Shredder soft board. Any tips?

A longer board will help. Check out some of the topics on the forum, and the articles on the main site. There's loads of tips that will help you get up.
