General Description

Great entry level surf break for the north shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Rights and lefts, plus smaller inside and bigger outside for easy advancement. Excellent during 4ft+ (hawaiian size) surf swell. Smaller than the rest of the north shore, catches wrap around.

How to get there

Directions to Puena Pt. from Waikiki:

1) Hi West toward Waianae
2) Exit 8A onto H2 North
3) H2 North ends and turns into Wilikina Drive
4) Veer right onto 99 North
5) Veer right onto Joseph P. Leong Hwy (83)
6) Left at first traffic light
7) First right onto Kahalewai Pl. takes you to Puena Pt.

Turtle Bay Resort or vacation rental on Oahu's north shore. Also backpackers hostel.

Park in culdesac. Walk through trees, can't miss it.
