This is one of a crop of big wave spots that are being discovered across Europe. It provides huge waves and can hold the largest of swells.
It's for ultra experienced big wave riders.
Agiti is a dangerous wave as it breaks close to the shore. In the foreground there are several rocks sticking out of the water, and the wave breaks on top of some submerged rocks some 20m offshore of the visible rocks.
This is a very dangerous area and security must come first at all times. We'll try to remember not to be too deep, and always get out of the wave well before the second section, the inside. Because once caught in the inside the jet won't be able to rescue anyone with a rising tide and huge swell — good luck trying to climb out of the water through those rocks. Dangerous stuff!
