Walcott is similar to most of the breaks in East Anglia. The wave breaks best at low tide over the sand.
Northerly or North Westerly groundswells provide the best waves, these occur between October and March.
Offshore South Southwest
Walcott is located just round the coast from Bacton, view the breaks from the top of the cliff to see which banks are working best.
If you want to stay in the area there are plenty of B&B's in Mundley or further away in Cromer or Sheringham

No local hire, might be able to hire at Cromer but if you are going there you may as well surf there instead.
