Constantine Bay in North Cornwall is an exposed beach and reef break that has very reliable surf and works all around the year. Offshore winds are from the east. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the best swell direction is from the west. Waves at the beach break both left and right and there is also a left hand reef break.. Good surf at all stages of the tide. When the surf is up, it can hold a wave over 6ft but however it can get quite busy in the water. Watch out for dangerous rips when the surf is big
Lots of accomadation near by!
Small carpark next to beach which is free. A much bigger car park through the summer months is available which is a few minutes walk away. Costs at least £4 for the day.
