Depending on the swell and wind, when St. Ouen's bay (Secrets, Waterplash etc) aren't working you can try here. The waves are often smaller, but can be nicely shaped. Unforunately though when it is working, it can get VERY busy. Rides tend to be shorter than elsewhere on the West coast, but can be very rewarding. Be careful here though in the summer, St. Brelade's Bay is packed with tourists on a warm day so you may end up having to dodge bodies!
Bus or car.
There are a number of hotels in the bay, but they're expensive as it's primarily a tourist beach.
The carpark by the slipway is the easiest, or if it's full then further down the road on the opposite side of the road from the beach is another large carpark just a short walk from where the swell's best.
Yes, there's watersports hire here.
Not specifically, but watersports hire and tuition in general.
Pub, or St. Ouen's bay!
