General Description
Is a great spot, you car see how big the waves are, from the rock that are sticking up of the water just outside the take off position.
And on the right from it there is a more difficult reef for experience surfers. Full of rocks, ask the locals, who all seems to be surfing. Pictures here:

Walk.
And don't be afraid of the turtles in the sea. The are peacefully and if you dare, you and surf with them.

When its Flat?
It is never flat, but can variate quit a bit. Afternoon have the most strong waves.
