Sally Fitzgibbons (AUS), 18, 2009 ASP Dream Tour rookie, caused a sensational upset yesterday in eliminating former seven-time ASP Women's World Champion Layne Beachley (AUS), 36, from Rip Curl Women's Pro competition. The young natural-footer will take on veteran Jacqueline Silva (BRA), 29, in the opening heat of the day.
