Cypher Film Challenge - Latin America Video Entry. Quiksilver is sending three teams of surfers from the US, Latin America, and Canada to one of Canada's most remote spots. Each team consists of two surfers and the filmer of their choice. The filmers job is to capture their team's experience, surfing this unique spot and their adventures on the island. You decide which video is the best. Only one team will win the Cypher Film Challenge. Voting begins November 23rd, 2010. www.quiksilver.com
