“One of the best days I’ve ever seen here in my life,” says filmmaker, Justis St John.

“Kinda hard to wrap my head around what went down the last two days. The day before yesterday had the biggest set at Kandui Left that I’ve ever seen in 15 years of being on this island. It was 12-foot-plus and sheet-glass. Yesterday was still massive, and we had a longer window and scored, but it was insanely dangerous. We’ve had [Costa Rican surfer] Anthony Fillingim out here the last couple months, too, and he had a banner day."
