Day 1 Highlights - Hurley Pro At Trestles 2017

Opening Day of the Hurley Pro was certainly an eventful one as the race for this year's World Title took an interesting and rather immediate turn in Round Two, with World No. 3 Matt Wilkinson and World No. 4 Owen Wright being eliminated by wildcards Evan Geiselman and Hiroto Ohhara. Meanwhile, Jeep Leader Jordy Smith and reigning World Champion John John Florence jumped ahead to Round Three with powerful performances. But it was Filipe Toledo who took the top score of the day with his 17.60 total in Round One. #WSL
