you're right though, America doesn't even have history, let alone ancient history...

it has 'past' probably 'near past' :D

sorry but America DOES have a history - what did you think - that it was unhinhabited before the European man turned up?

it doesnt have any history in the cities, espetually cities like honolulu. yeah maybe there are a few crumbling walls that were built 200 years ago, but thats nothing. places in europe have been there for ages. the architecture is amazing.

what is there to see from the native americns? they were hunters and gatherers. i dont see and castles. im not trying to insult them, more insulting the white people who came to the untoched land and built their plastic synthetic cities on it in such a short time.

dumbass. the concept of surfing isnt really tangible. why dont you go to detroit since thats where the first cars were made and see how historic it is, i mean after all, cars are all over nowdays, it must be quite impressive to see.

Hope you're feeling better and the healing process doesn't take too long. Are you having some sort of anaphylactic reaction to your meds or do you have a lot of serious allergies?

I also hope you find your way back to HI. You seem to have a love and respect for Hawaii that I wish all visitors and residents would have for this paradise. Have you had the opportunity to visit and surf on the neighbor islands, Hawaii, Maui, and Kauai?

been in and out of hospital all week long  i need a whole new body, and no, i don't know how i'd afford hospital treatment if i lived in hawaii. still trying to sort out a $1000 bill from my visit there.... (long story).

my body seems to dislike the drugs i've been injected with or pills i've taken at home and I've suffered anaphylaxis 4 times this week now and was kept in hospital again overnight last night  . I even reacted to the stuff that they give you to counteract the allergic reaction  It's ridiculous!

it happened for the first time earlier this year, but they just noted it down in my records and told me I must never take a certain tablet again. Then it happened right after this last operation on monday to something different and it's as if my body thinks all drugs are poison or something! luckily i'm living with some great people who've been by my bedside pretty much all week either in hopsital or at home. they're amazing.

I've now got a list of 8 things I have a serious life threatening allergy to. I'm running out of space on my medic alert braclet!!! This week has been chaos, and just unbelievable  Got home earlier today, had a nap and then decided to see what's going on around here, so I must be feeling a bit better  My shoulder isn't hurting so much, so that's one positive thing :D hopefully i'll be surfing again by february.

and yes, i checked out maui, kauai and the big island while i was in hawaii, not just oahu. i can't wait to go back :D it's all i think about!
