Fuerteventura

Postby HilleVan » Wed Oct 24, 2007 1:02 pm

Hey. I´m going to surf in Fuerteventura in February. Is there someone who has been there? Or is going there?

Never surfed before, so I´m beginner for sure.

I´m looking for and want to talk with people who surfs a lot due to my essay about surfing. Got a lot of questions!

Chill out dudes.. // Hille

I´m actually a pretty good skater, due to my sex :P My ex boyfriend was a serious down hill skater so he taught me a lot..

I´m more the chill carving type.
btw, I managed to do a 180 slide this summer :P haha what a brag Iam ..

to sum up, skateboarding is a big passion in my life.. snowboarding too.. so now I´m into the surfing stuff :)

I've recently had my annual 1 week surfing in warm water (Lanzarote), only baltic water with ice cold winds for the rest of the season for me now.

I went to Chamonix last year for New Year!

We got the only week of decent powder all season (according to a friend who lives out there).

It was easily the best boarding holiday I've ever been on.

I'm hoping to pay it a visit again this season.

enjoy :D

18-24 degrees C during winter months. So if you go for a week in Feb it'll feel pretty hot compared to here!

Lived on Tenerife for a few years...

Jan/feb are the coldest months but rarely does it get cold realy, light jacket at times, you may want a shortie that time of year but I never bothered and was in the water all the time.
