ooh ooh! My hubby used to work in Freespirit! I think he was the assistant manager or something like that.. I vaugely (how the hell so you spell vauguely!!!??) know the manager, Gary.. Not that's that's any use to you.. But still, small world! Well, small Guildford anyway! See what a lovely community we are! He he, look at me trying to sell Guildford to the masses!

Eeeey up!

What a coincidence! Never thought I’d meet any locals on SW, I’m surprised I haven’t seen ya on here before actually.

So, is Guildford really that bad? I certainly haven’t taken an instant like to it yet!

Oh, Long_man, the interview didn’t go ahead, they were under-staffed this weekend and so had to reschedule (well, waiting to find out when still). Glad you liked the pic by the way  .

Hey Buddy!

I'm more of an occasional lurker than poster!

He he! Guildford's not really ''that bad''! I've lived here for about, um, 7 years, & though I don't think I'll live here forever (must escape to the seaside at some point!) it's not a bad place & I've got an awesome bunch of friends to keep me here! You're near but not too near London if you like that kind of thang & there are plenty o places to go a walking etc.. BUT (& I'm guessing this is the side you've seen) there do be quite a sprinkling of toffs & chavs. Ah yes, tis a town of extremes! He he!

Since this is turning into an essay I pm you instead......

Chavs...I dunno, seems pretty short on the chav side.

Toffs on the other hand, I dunno if I more accutely aware of them cos I've lived up north for so long, but there seems to be looooaads. They're not right friendly either.
