Thats about the priorities, yes
Gonna be a few weeks before the new pad - I havent found anywhere yet!
Turns out you cant set up renting a (long term) place from abroad, so there's gonna be a few weeks in a temporary (and expensive...) apartment, while I look for something round Maroubra.
Which means my local break will be 'Ours'
But I think I'll stick to the beach breaks at first
And of course a new van is the first thing I'll be getting out there (apart from sunburn)
