Gotta love photoshop brushes for that - drawing smoke without brushes is a pain in the arse.

I know what you mean i design business orientated sites for the most part so its not really arty. Its refreshing to do something different :D

Long_Man - I think most web designers use a mix of photoshop and dreamweaver.

hawaiisucks - classic

Here's a few more recent ones before they go into the abyss which is my drawers (not my pants  )...

Image

Few random ones put together on the scanner badly. They seem to have lost some quality in the scanning but I don't mind.

Image

This is a naff one. It's me...manga style.

Image

This one I did a couple of nights ago at about 2am in literaly 5mins. I was pretty pleased considering how I rushed it. Guess who!

hey thanks for kind words all :)

JonnyB i think your illustrations are really nice. You should learn Illustrator as it allows you to easily bring sketches in and color them up.. opens up a new world!

long man, yes the site is my design, altho it runs on the wordpress platform for all the database and content fetching aspects. The theme is mine though, very simple and quite easy to mod if you know any css?

isaluteyou, yeah mate you have to break free from it all sometimes huh?! I am not that good at setting myself personal projects though, and often i get to a point where it's goign well and something else comes along stopping me from ever finishing. I have loads of 3D projects like that... ugh

i use notepad to write my sites usually. Dreamweaver is quite new to me, and i like that you can type code by hand but don't tend to use the WYSIWYG aspects. I need to learn CSS in a bit more depth, and I need to get my head round MYSQL and PHP. Oh, and XML. LOL
