Get yourself a can of 3M srpay adhesive. Then clean the area you want to glue down with some mineral spirits. Try not to get too much of the spirits on the glue thats allready on the pad, it will disolve it, creating more problems. then lightly sand the are, and wipe off with a dampp rag. Let that air dry, and then your ready to glue it down. Spray the pad, and the deck with some glue, don't overdo it with the glue, a light coat is all you need. Let that dry for about a minute, and then press it down. Keep pressing it down, the glue works from pressure. Then clean up any glue overspray with the mineral spirits on a rag. and your good to go.

Oh yeah, if you do decide to buy a new one, get one of the new gel ones from Surfco Hawaii. I just got one of the clear ones, for my board that has a ton of artwork on it, and it is great. Lets me see the art, and grips well. http://surfcohawaii.com/index.php?cPath=11

Aradite epoxy glue, you can get it in any home depot store (or even just google it so you know what u're looking for).

Clean the area where it's come off, then just lash on a bit of the glue (it's normally stuff that you mix), hold it down for a couple of minutes, then away you go.
