Well I got the job! Gonna be the new Assistant Warden on the Causeway coast with the National Trust.
Moving out there in a few weeks

I've found a house in Bushmills which is 5mins from work and 1 min from the nearest surf break; Portbalentrae

It take about 1.5/2hrs to get to the main S.Ireland west reefs and the donegal pensula is ripe with empty breaks within an hour. SWEET!

The house is only 1 year old; 3 bedroom in this little courtyard. all for 100p/w inc. rates! Counsil tax doesn't exist in N Ireland. Well good deal
