maui quiver?

Postby Merle_1219 » Tue Sep 28, 2004 9:28 pm

I am moving to maui in a month and just wondering what types of boards to put together to be equiped to surf. Currently have 6'4" roundtail and 6'3" squash. Also if anybody has tips on where to find uncrowded waves that would be great, don't like surfing in crowds especially not being a local.

Maui

Get a long board. Maui gets blocked by the other islands alot. Best surf is in the winter and you may want to invest in a longer short board.
There are no uncrowded waves but people are cool for the most part.
