I just emailed the guy now to see what he has to say so I'll keep you posted!

How's the McTavish fin working out for you?

been thinking of geting another bigger fin for learning how to cross step and get to the nose, i can get allmost to the nose to hang 5 but keep whiping out

let me know if you get any of those star fins if there as good as he claims i might have to get one

Phil,

You may have tried this already, but get rid of your side-fins and put your centre fin right at the back of the fin-box - as far towards the tail as it will go.

Try it there.

Having said that, hanging-5 is bloody difficult so I may just be practive too!!

Phil,
I just got a mail back from Cheyne Horan regarding the fins. We should have about 10 in stock in a couple of weeks so I'll let you know.

Price looks like it will be okay too.

Well I don't know him personally, but a guy I would recommend would be Lee Ryan. He's a good mate of the South Coast guys in Oz that we deal with alot and they speak very very highly of him.

Anyway - he does one on one longboard coachin - may be of interest??

I may have a session myself in fact!!!!
