Never smoked so can't relate to the hell you're going though...but if it's anything like a diet...i feel your pain!!

dude, I feel your pain man, I'm still struggling with the nicotine dragon.

Dunno about you, but it helps me if I stay away from the booze. And the exercise (especially surf) keeps my mind off it.

oh yes.. staying away from booze seriously helps.. because there is almost nothing greater than having a bit of a buzz and smoking a stick. that feelings is great. but... back to the purpose here HA.

I feel especially crappy, when i smoke right because getting in the water.. and right when i get out..

if i had a way to smoke out in the water i probably would do it. While disposing of it properly of course.
