airbrushed graphics. clear coat over them?

i know a girl whos pretty good with art so i asked her if she could do some work on my board. should i clear over them? what should i use for that?

By chance, Im spraying my board today...

There's been a few topics on this (try the search function...).
The consensus of opinion is that you will need to rub down your board, do the artwork with something like Posca pens and then coat the board with an acrylic laquer.

Im just spraying the laquer on now *sniffs the lovely laquer smell*

yea i searched and read about the clear laquer. but i wasnt sure since that was for spray paint and this will most likey be automotive paint. ill just clear it with that anyway. thanks.
