Used Surfboard

Postby RiverSurferDevin » Sat Aug 04, 2007 6:05 am

Hey guys, I just found a used board in my area that I think might work for me. Its a 6'6 x 20 x 9/16 Swallow tail with dual rail. Pipedream board shaped by Murray Burton from Australia. I have surfed for about 2 weeks on longish foam boards and a week on a 5 10 INT softboard and am wondering if you think this board would be too advanced for me or not. Thanks,
Devin

Probably will be too advanced for you but that can depend on how often you will be going surfing and what kind of waves you'll be surfing most.
If you'll be surfing lots and the waves are powerfull then you might be ok with it but if it was me i'd go for something longer.
This is all assuming that the board isn't 9/16 thick as that is quite thin
