seven surfboards and popping up

hi,i just bought a 6'4 seven surfboard...is anyone farmiliar with the board "seven"? also i would like to learn the quick way to pop up without using my toes or my knees...i have tried but there has to be a trick to it nd i dont kno...thnx

i learned on a 5'8...my friend showed me...but i just want to kno how to pop up the correct way and if thers a trick to it

well it takes a while to get the pop up to be natural. and it would be eaiser on a longer board since itll be more stable on the water. its kinda difficult to explain but once you feel the tug of the wave under you, quickly push up with your arms then swing your legs from under you into your crouching position.
