Costa Rica!

Next time we hit the same break it was awesome, had at least 25 waves before we took the long paddle over to the over side of the bay to surf the right hand point where i scored my longest forehand wave to date, easily 200m long and shoulder high!
Awesome, the only problem being was that the paddle back killed me and it was pretty much game over for the day after that but it was a day of surfing that rivalled the trip to witches rock.

My boardies weren't overly impressed by the jump though and it resulted in a somewhat embarassing journey home.

My home for 3 weeks. Casa Zen in mal pais. If anyone ever heads there i strongly recommned you stay here. Walking distance for 3 really good surf spots, beach is only a stone's throw away, fairly cheap, great food and an awesome chilled atmosphere.









Watch out for the iguana's though they have a habit of sliding off the roof and landing on the ground in front of you!

WRSC for a week which is in Tamarindo then moved south to mal pais.

Allways happy to oblige phil. What you can't see in the photo is the fact that this is the first of a 7 wave set and that one isn't the biggest!
